In this vlog, we have ORC Company in our rug restoration room showing a rug re-sizing that was requested by a retail customer that found our company from the internet (Oriental Rug Care Company), and after watching our many videos we have created, well almost the many daily vlog’s we created she decided to give us a call.
Before we received this customer rug, the client called in and asked to talk to the star in all the videos, Bill. She had particular requests that needed to address with the rug that has been in her family for many years. The big issue mostly is that she and her husband are downsizing and needed the rug re-sized to go in the new space. They knew Bill was the person that would advise them what to do correctly, and he sure did. ORC Company decided it was best to cut down the rug on both ends and create a balanced look. The second request from the customer was that she did not want fringes any longer, so Company Owner told her no problem; we will surge the ends of the rugs the same color as the sides and have the rug look perfect. You can see the surging of the end of the rug Miss Edline is working on and the amount of rug we shorten the rug on just one side in this video.
