But sometimes, the rug is wool or silk and there’s no guarantee that the stains come out. That is why we need highly skilled rug washers. We treat our employees therefore they have been with me a long time. Also, we have a full-time repair person whose skills are something that our shop could never think of not having. She sews on new fringes and even hand makes fringes.
Rug Repairs, let me tell you she has done it all at this point. Our only problem is time, I wish I could keep her here 80 hours per week, we have enough work for two people but the problem is finding someone with high skill sets such as hers. Then, there is our team of people who pick up and deliver the rugs. So many people are involved in this rug cleaning process of successfully running a rug plant. I didn’t even mention the back office. don’t tell them I didn’t but maybe next blog!
