Our expeditor, John looks over the rugs for stains and odor. If the rug doesn’t pass his test then the rug doesn’t get hang to dry a re-wash is ordered. There is a lot of time invested in each rug cleaning so everyone knows that it is important to get it right the first time. Of course, on occasion, a rug dries and it might still have a slight odor like I said we will have it re-washed which will delay delivering another couple of days.
