Also, we have had to learn how to correct the browning of viscose rugs from carpet cleaners that have steamed cleaned this type of rug in customer’s homes. Not all wall-to-wall carpet cleaning has the same experience; especially now with the labor shortage, we are currently experiencing. Today most carpet cleaners can not even identify a viscose rug. The carpet cleaners only see the potential opportunity to make money from cleaning these rugs. There are a lot of viscose rugs in Miami and other South Florida towns and cities.

We were very successful in removing the ink stain as you can see from this video.
