As I went online to check our emails, I had two new emails from customers that viewed our website then used our services. When they called us to schedule their free estimate they were so pleased with the service they received. Keep in mind that we have a nine-step process that we use which includes the pre-inspection, dusting, hand wash, decontamination bath, rinse, dry, post detail, and then of course the rug is groomed to perfection. This process is also known as the Australian method. Our technicians go thru intensive training and classes so that we can give you nothing less than what you are expecting. We love to hear your feedback and because most of our business is 95% from word of mouth, we never want to drop the ball and tarnish our perfect track record. We always give our best so that we are positive that every single rug leaving our plant has been handled properly and we can proudly stand behind our work.
