We have a new Plant Manager who joined our team and is a wonderful asset to our company. Omar Maati joined us with over 11 years of experience in the rug cleaning profession. He is passionate and very knowledgeable about what his responsibilities are. Our customers enjoy working with him as he is very informative and helpful. We have seen how much our customers enjoy speaking with him in person and over the phone. There are many questions that customers have as they are contemplating over cleaning their oriental rugs. When Omar is completely done with the conversation, the new customer feels 100% comfortable and assured that we are going to do a great job and that they will be leaving their precious rugs in good hands.
