Frequently Asked Questions - Rug Drying Process

Over 37 years of our Rug Drying Process we faces lots of questions from our valuable clients in south florida. Here we try to put some answer regarding those Questions. Still if you need further more query please call us.

  • Create Air Flow. The best way to help your rug dry is by building good airflow in the room.
  • Apply a Fan. Ceiling fans can be helpful when it comes to drying out a rug.
  • Utilize Air-Conditioning.
  • Blow-Dry.
  • Use a Shop-Vac.
  • Towel Dry.
  • Air and Heat.
  • Expose the Padding.
Rug Dry Cleaning can be vital if your rug is only lightly soiled or marked. You cannot take your rug fur to any local dry cleaner. If your rug is more than a few marked, stained, or soiled, it is best to take your rug to a professional rug cleaning service instead.
When washing a rug, use a small amount of soap and run on the gentle cycle. If possible, do an extra spin cycle as well. Then put the rug in the dryer and tumble dry on low until it's dry. However, it would help if you never put a soak wet rug directly into the dryer.
You may be invited to toss it in the dryer, but the heat can shorten the rug and damage the lining. If you'd like to get any last lines out, use an iron or put it in the dryer on tumble dry low/air age.
If you have great weather, you can dry it in the sun. But, if you must, dry it indoors in a warm room, elevating it, if necessary, to let air circulate it. A fan shaped on the rug will help.
